Certainly. Before you submit your meal selection you can choose to "Add Snacks" to your plan. You will be billed for your snacks individually as snacks are not included as one of your "meal" choices (they're significantly cheaper than meals, we wouldn't rip you off like that!)
You're not tied into anything here! You can cancel or pause your weekly meal plan anytime before the weekly deadline of Thursday at midnight EST. We want you to come back every week because you love our food and our service!
You can change your meals in your weekly order any time prior to its renewal. If you're unable to make a change, it's likely that your order has already renewed with last week's meals.
Active weekly meal-plans renew on Friday mornings exactly as is unless otherwise edited, paused, or cancelled by Thursday at midnight EST. Customers receive an email reminder on Thursday morning reminding them of the renewal the following day. You can still swap meals or activate a paused or cancelled meal-plan until 12 am EST on Saturday. All edits can be made through your manage account page.
Once you've created an account or logged into an existing account, choose to either create a weekly reoccurring meal plan or place an individual, one-time order. Then you will be prompted to enter your postal code to define your delivery date. Next, you will be prompted to choose the meals for your desired plan.
To change your weekly meals, please login to your account and navigate to Manage Account > Manage Meal Plan > "Edit" the plan you'd like to change > Edit Meal Plan. You can then change and update your meals (and your plan type) and click "update" to submit the changes.
The deadline to pause for the week is Thursday at midnight EST. To skip the current week of your meal plan (both delivery and billing), please login to your account and navigate to Manage Account > Manage Meal Plan > "Edit" the plan you'd like to skip > Pause Meal Plan. Your plan will be paused until you decide to re-enable it.
To cancel your meal plan, please login to your account and navigate to Manage Account > Manage Meal Plan > "Edit" the plan you'd like to cancel > Cancel.
Yes. Unless otherwise edited, cancelled or paused, your subscription will automatically renew on Friday morning exactly as is. The deadline to pause or cancel your meal plan is Thursday at midnight EST. You have until Saturday at midnight EST to swap meals, however!
When you're selecting your meals, choose the "Filter" dropdown. From there you can select by calories or by macronutrient and use our slider to filter your macros.
Absolutely! Whether you're ordering single meals or building a recurring meal plan, you're able to select your own meals - and change them up every week if you'd like!

No, there is no minimum order requirement for an individual order. However, meal plans require the minimum selection of a 6-meal plan.
Currently, the order cutoff for new orders is every Saturday at 11:59pm for the coming week's delivery (which is Monday or Tuesday depending on your location).
We certainly do. You can filter our meals by protein type and choose "vegetarian" to see our vegetarian options which will also be indicated with a vegetarian flag. Additionally, when you hover over the meals and select "Details" you can see a full list of ingredients.
Because our meals are already cooked, our meals and packaging are designed to be heated in the microwave. If you want to heat your meals in the oven, please transfer the food to an oven-friendly dish. Do not use our containers in the oven.
Though we're pretty big on "Fresh" (it IS part of our name, after all), you can certainly freeze your meals if you choose to do so. A freeze before date & heating instructions from frozen is included on the label.
We launch a new menu each season. We also aim to add new selections here and there so that you're always able to enjoy delicious new meals you'll never get bored of!
Our ingredients are locally-sourced from butchers, farmers and local suppliers and are always fresh never frozen.

Our meals are made with only the freshest ingredients and each will be labelled with a unique best before date. If you wish the extend the life of the meals, you can freeze the meals and follow the heating instructions from frozen.
Yes. Our meals are labelled with gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan flags. Additionally, all of our meal ingredients can be accessed by clicking "details" for every meal. If you have a specific dietary restriction that you don't see labelled on our website, please reach to us directly and we'll address any of your dietary questions and requirements.

Yes. Our meals are placed in individual sleeves to ensure optimal protection during delivery and transportation.
We deliver in Ontario and Quebec. We are also able to facilitate some out-of-province deliveries, however, a shipping charge of $15.00 will apply.
Yes, we deliver to apartment and condo buildings. If you do not have a concierge, you will need to provide a buzz code so that the driver has access to your building. If you don't have a buzz code here is what we suggest:
Provide the address of a helpful neighbour or friend/family that will be home during the delivery window and can accept your package for you
Have the box delivered to a nearby business or restaurant that won't mind you picking up the box at a later time that day

You bet! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and environmentally-friendly. To recycle the ice packs, simply drain the contents first before placing them in the blue bin.
Standard, flat rate delivery - on orders under $75 - is $15.00 per package (this includes your full meal selection in one package). Free delivery is applied to every in-province meal plan and individual order over $75.
Not home to receive? Not a problem at all. Your meals come safely secured in individual sleeves and are arranged inside an insulated, temperature-controlled package capable of withstanding hot summer heats for up to 48 hours.
If you live in a house, it will be left at your door. An apartment or condo? As long as you can buzz the driver in remotely or have concierge receive for you then you are all set!
Your meals will arrive on your selected delivery date (which is chosen prior to checkout). This date is calculated based on your delivery location (upon entering your Postal Code). Your meals will arrive on your selected date before 7:00pm. If you do not receive your meals before 7:00pm, please let us know and we will assist you.
We currently deliver once/week on either Monday or Tuesday dependent on your delivery address.

No. We do not store your credit card information on our website. For reoccurring meal plans, your credit card info is safely and securely stored with our payment merchant.
Once logged into your account, navigate to Manage Account > Delivery & Billing. Here you can edit your delivery/billing information. There will also be an option to update the address of your currently active orders.
You don't need a promotion code for this one, if you're a new user, our system will automatically honour your $15 discount upon checkout. However, there is a $65 minimum requirement to claim this offer.
No, your gift card does not expire.
Yes. You can use both a promo code and your gift card toward one purchase; however, only one promo code can be used at a time.
Typically, coupon/promo codes can only be used one at a time, unless clearly defined otherwise.

Our single meal service is a non-subscription option wherein you purchase your meals on a one-time order basis and are billed for your meals individually - there are no order minimums or maximums. On the contrary, our meal plans are weekly auto-renewing plans, wherein you purchase your meals at a discounted rate based on a weekly recurring basis - you can upgrade, downgrade, pause, cancel and change the contents of your plan at any time before the weekly deadline.
